  1. How are your annual packages structured?

    Our packages are annual plans designed to provide structured and continuous management throughout the year.

    Each plan differs based on service coverage and support level. Also, packages are designed based on the need for Just maintenance, Maintenance plus leasing, Just leasing, or just ensuring everything is working smoothly with the property.

  2. What is included in each plan?

    Each plan includes core services like:

    Higher-tier plans include:

  3. Are there any hidden charges apart from the annual fee?

    No hidden charges.

    Maintenance costs or vendor services are billed transparently after your approval. However, there is a 5% profit on repairs which PropCare charges over and above the vendor fee.

  5. Do you charge extra for tenant placement?

    This depends on the package selected. Some plans include tenant placement, while others may have it as an add-on. However, there is a success fee of 1 month brokerage for every tenant which has been sourced by PropCare. This is the standard fee which market brokers or consultants are charging as well so we are at the same price point when it comes to finding a suitable tenant.

  6. Is the fee refundable if I cancel mid-year?

    Annual plans are structured commitments. Refund policies are defined clearly in the service agreement before onboarding. There is no refund in any case whatsoever.

  7. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan during the year?

    Yes, plan upgrades are possible. Downgrades depend on service commitments already initiated.

  8. Do you offer customized plans?

    In select cases, we may offer customized solutions depending on property type and owner requirements.

TENANT & RENT MANAGEMENT
